Uber’s always been about connecting people to places. But we wanted to do more to connect people to people. Especially when they’re on the move.

This Ramadan, we launched Ride To Reconnect. A more meaningful way for people to spend their rides.

We fitted Wi-fi and tablets in selected cars, so riders can make use of their ride time to reconnect with loved ones and call anyone, anywhere in the world.

We also created a microsite for people to send Hari Raya greeting cards to their families and friends. The cards were designed by noted local illustrators in each market: Nur Aida Sai'ad (Singapore), Putri Febriana (Indonesia) and Azah Azreen (Malaysia).
